How do I track my order status?

We will email you as items in your order are received, or if there are updates on the status of your order. Can’t find the email?

Can I expedite my shipping?

You can expedite your shipping, send us a message: info@nextboutiqueon7.co.za – and we’ll prioritise your delivery (Terms and Conditions apply).

Where are your products shipped from?

All our products are shipped from our Head Office at 7 Taunton Rd, Clarendon, Pietermaritzburg, 3201

How long will it take me to get my order?

Your order should arrive (in SA) within 2-7 working days.

How can I pay for my order?

We use Payfast online payments, so you can pay via credit card.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel your order or change it simply by calling us or emailing us.

Please note: orders can only be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of placing. Any orders changed or cancelled after 12 hours will incur a 10% admin fee.
